Some songs do take a couple of minutes to get going but the chorus makes for the wait. You have the Symphonic Metal elements of bands like DELAIN, WITHIN TEMPTATION but you also have that brutal and Dark Progressive Power Metal like EVERGREY. They remind me of a number of bands but I refuse to typecast them to a particular style nonetheless. Her performance is top notch you have brutally emotional yet brilliant heart-felt lyrics throughout this opus. She is such an emotional singer and she is the face the band makes it all together. She shows two different sides of her voice. She does not sing the same way on ‘’Marching to Versailles’’ than on ‘’See You in Hell’’. Some singers always do the same schtick but she mixes a bit of harsher vocals sometimes and can push her vocals to the max as well. There is always something different from song to song. The vocals are outstanding, Melissa Bonny has a particular talent and you don’t feel slighted nor you get bored hearing her. I really enjoyed that fact that for a Symphonic Metal band, you don’t have those operatic vocals that can get on your nerves, especially mine. I don’t much about her other band RAGE OF LIGHT but I will surely check that out pretty damn soon! I am quite glad to be able to hear her on a larger stage and for a full album and not only some guest work back in 2019 obviously. I do believe I have heard Melissa Bonny’s work beforehand because I did review some SKELETOON albums back in the day and I do remember her nice and powerful voice. I am quite glad to be able to review this album because of the quality put out by that record label throughout the last few years. You can have hours of fun trying to master each level, thanks to the varying challenges found on every hole. Its four levels contain eighteen holes each, meaning that you have 92 holes to play. The power that you hit the ball is measured by the movement of your mouse, which means that you have more control over the power that you put on the ball, also means that the shots become more skillfull rather than with a power bar like Gof with your friends It has workshop and a level editor, which means it has loads of different levels to try and create The physics are great. Instead of the same music on a never ending loop, maybe mix it up a bit and add some more songs. The music is fine at first, for the first 5 hours of the game, then we switched to muting it and listening to our own. They do an excellent job of creating a fun, playful atmosphere. You won’t get exquisite rendering, but the graphics are more than enough to add to the overall effect of the game. The graphics are cartoon-styled, bright, and colorful, but the game also features some advanced features, like a changing day-night cycle. It’s graphics create a pleasant atmosphere for these varying levels and become downright immersive at points. The game has a variety of themed courses, including underwater caves, icy snow-filled lands, teleportation devices, and more. If you thought that graphics and audio wouldn’t be relevant in a game about golf, you’d be forgiven…but you’d also be wrong. The multiplayer, which allows you to play with friends or random people over the internet and the level-creation, which allows you to use preset features and combine them into your unique golf course. As such, the game has three core features: Single-player mode, which features four levels, comprised of 18 holes each. The object is to try and get as low a score as possible in a game of minigolf. There is no story, no characters, no achievements, and nothing but you and your skills. One of the most exciting features is a multiplayer editor, where you can build and play custom maps together with your friends. Golf It! is a multiplayer Minigolf game with focus on a dynamic, fun and creative multiplayer experience. It takes more experience and practice to hit that precious hole in one every time. The tube of the Z8 is longer than that of some other 8” scopes on the market, such as the Synta-made Dobsonians marketed by Sky-Watcher (Classic Dobs), Orion (SkyQuest Series), and Bintel, among others. However, this is a minor inconvenience at most and can be solved with a trip to the hardware store for a cabinet knob and drilling a hole or two. It is not very tight-fitting, and there is nowhere to grab it from the middle. The Z8’s front cap is a bit of a weak point with this scope. The Z8 has a built-in, DC-powered cooling fan that runs off a small battery pack supplied with the scope. The mirror locks really just serve as a great way to get confused while collimating or break your mirror if you drop the scope (since the locking bolts directly contact the glass). On one occasion, he brought an old libretto for me to look at that helped me understand the fusion of self, character, scene, music, and setting in a raw form. ![]() He was so gracious in sharing his journey. I designed a series of “frescos” to speak from, considered who the target audience might be, and had several coffees with a baritone opera star on the Canadian scene. The mediate step was to see Polenta performed as an urban opera by a professional troupe. At the time of writing that piece I listened to a lot of hard bop and free jazz as well. I grew up listening to classical music, and both of my parents loved opera. From there, I began to think about dimension in literature, of performance art, of “the garage door as a threshold of stage,” how so many of our narratives are operatic and installations for how we live. The form allowed me to explore deeper relationship aspects of narrative and experience, and there lay the gem of Polenta. The form of acts, scenes, intermissions, curtain calls and surtitles created a beautiful frame and the book practically wrote itself over three months. At the third week mark of writing, it dawned on me that all life is an opera rusticana, and that living is a dialect of love.
